The Epson SpectroProofer is an optional in-line spectrophotometer developed in collaboration with X-Rite for automated color measurement and calibration on supported Epson SureColor P-Series printers.
When used with a compatible third-party RIP or proofing workflow, the SpectroProofer enables hands-free patch reading, profiling, and verification directly on the printer, improving repeatability and reducing manual color management steps.
The unit supports software-selectable measurement modes M0, M1, and M2, allowing accurate control over optical brightener compensation and viewing conditions for contract proofing and color-critical production.
The SpectroProofer includes a one-year manufacturer’s warranty, with extended warranty options available through Epson.
