Purchased item(s) should be in its original, unopened packaging and be within in 30 days of purchase date.If the item is defective
*Please email email@example.com to request a Return Merchandise Authorization number and return label for the item(s). Please include the name of the product, size, and description of defect. Once we have the defective item back, we will refund the product amount back to the card used.Return Exceptions
Items cannot be returned if packaging has been opened, or product has been used or altered, unless the product is defective.Restocking Fee
If the return is for any reason other than a defect, returned items are subject to a 10% restocking fee and will be deducted from the refund of the product(s) purchase price.
